Stefan Leicht Managing Partner

Stefan Leicht is the founder and managing partner of Intero Consulting.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, he initially studied economics and sinology, spending a year in Taiwan to study the Chinese language. He began working as a management consultant in 1997 and has been working for more than 10 years, in particular for international financial and IT service providers with a focus on cost reduction and process optimisation. In the meantime, he was Managing Director (Controlling and Sales) of a medium-sized retail company for several years.

Stefan Leicht is leading the IT Financial Management Competence Center.

Wolfgang Bruhn Partner

In addition to his classical training as a pianist and conductor, Wolfgang Bruhn studied business administration and trained as a banker. From there, he switched to the management consultancy sector, to which he has remained loyal to this day. Quite early on, he discovered the impact of software costs, particularly in the mainframe sector, and the possibility of achieving savings in the multi-million range by accurately calculating cost models, depending on the customer. He also works on ways to improve travel management.

He is responsible for the IBM Special Knowledge Center.

Wolfgang Bruhn is married and the proud father of a son and two daughters.

Sarina Wittchen Partner

After studying mathematics (M.Sc.) with a minor in physics, Sarina Wittchen started her career at Intero Consulting. She specialises in advising banks and insurance companies in the areas of IT transformation and IT cost management. She successfully contributes her many years of experience in the consolidation and outsourcing of IT services to our clients.

Dr. Johannes Engel Partner

After studying mathematics (with a minor in economics) and completing his doctorate, Johannes Engel began his career in management consulting. The focus of his work is in the financial services industry, where he has been very successful in transformation and digitalisation topics. In this capacity, he has supported many large and small clients of Intero Consulting in recent years.

Dominik Sachse Partner

After training as a businessman and then studying economics, Dominik Sachse started out directly in management consultancy. During his many years of project work for several DAX 40 companies, particularly in the financial services sector, he acquired in-depth knowledge in various sourcing categories. In recent years, he has successfully applied his specialist know-how for our clients, particularly in the area of licence and software cost optimisation.

Dominik Sachse is Head of the IT Management Competence Center.

Jochen Friedrich Partner

After studying industrial engineering, Jochen Friedrich started out as a management consultant. In addition to his many years of experience from consulting projects in the areas of purchasing, process optimisation and project management for various companies in the financial services sector, he founded a technology company for 3D developments.

Jochen Friedrich is also Managing Director of the subsidiary Intero Operations & Services GmbH (www.intero-operations.de), thus rounding off the Intero range of services. This broad expertise also benefits our customers in a wide range of projects.

Thilo Girth Senior Manager

After graduating from high school, completing vocational training in a trade and gaining professional experience as a site manager in gardening and landscaping, he initially studied landscape architecture. He worked for almost 10 years as a manager in the operational area of infrastructural facility management. As a key account manager, he mainly looked after DAX40 and large housing companies and worked with many of the market-leading FM groups in looking after large corporate clients. In the meantime, Mr. Girth has made a name for himself with our customers, particularly through his qualities in the development of organisational structures, in process optimisation and as a negotiator of various purchasing categories. Mr Thilo Girth is also our specialist in the area of SAP cost optimisation.

Thilo Girth is responsible for the Procurement Competence Center.

Nadine Göppel Senior Manager

Nadine Göppel already worked as a consultant at Intero Consulting during her Master's degree in Finance & Controlling (M.Sc.). She worked successfully for national and international clients and was able to build up expertise in a wide range of areas. She specialises in transformation, IT management and cost management.

Benedikt Mailänder Senior Manager

After studying economics (M.Sc.) with a quantitative focus, Benedikt Mailänder started his career at Intero Consulting in 2015.
Since then, he has implemented a large number of projects and successfully supported our clients in a national and international context.
Benedikt Mailänder mainly advises in the areas of transformation, cost management and purchasing optimisation.

In addition to his consulting work, he is a member of the musical faction of our company and is active as a drummer in various bands.

After studying chemistry and completing his doctorate, Alexander Henze began his career in management consulting. He advises his clients in the financial services sector primarily in the area of IT transformation, in particular on topics relating to agile project management and IT service management.

Lukas Meißner Manager

Lukas Meißner decided to pursue a career at Intero Consulting during his studies in technology and management-oriented business administration (M. Sc.). Since joining the management consultancy in 2016, Lukas Meißner has supported a large number of projects focussing on IT management and transformation in the financial sector (especially banks). His expertise lies in content and technical consulting as well as project management of transformation projects, IT processes and controlling. 

Lukas Meißner is Prince2, ITIL and SCRUM certified.

In addition to his consulting work, Lukas Meißner loves outdoor sports in the Munich area.

Katharina Kreiter Manager

After studying Business Administration (M.Sc.) specialising in International Management in Germany, the USA and India, Katharina Kreiter started her career at Intero Consulting in 2018.

Her consulting focus lies in the areas of digitalization (Cloud migration) and transformation (change management and agile methods).

In addition to her consulting work, she enjoys spending time doing DIY and with her family.

Patricia Hardt Manager

Patricia Hardt started her career at Intero Consulting after completing her management studies (M. Sc.) in London.

Since then, her consulting work has focussed on topics relating to transformation, IT management and cost control. She has successfully supported national and international financial service providers with IT transfer projects and process optimisation in a large number of projects. Her expertise includes subject-specific specialist knowledge as well as methodological skills for the successful implementation of projects. She attaches particular importance to the involvement of all stakeholders in terms of effective change management.

In addition to her consulting work, Patricia enjoys spending time with family and friends in and around Munich or discovering new places while travelling.

Philipp Kreiter Manager

Philipp Kreiter began his career at Intero Consulting after studying political science and law and completing a traineeship at a major German corporation.

His projects focus on preparing and conducting complex negotiations with software monopolists such as IBM or Microsoft and analysing the underlying licensing models. He also supports IT transformation projects for his clients, focussing on structured project management approaches.

Svenja Küppers Junior Manager

During her studies of Business Education (B.Sc.) and Business Administration (M.Sc.) in Munich, Svenja Küppers already gained some experience in auditing. After completing her Master's degree, she decided to enter the world of management consultancy. At Intero Consulting, her consulting focus is on topics relating to process optimisation, transformation and IT management. In her projects, Svenja Küppers supports her clients from the insurance and banking sectors as well as the property sector with content and technical advice. In addition to her subject-specific specialist knowledge, her expertise includes methodological skills for the successful management and implementation of projects using classic and/or agile project management.

 

In addition to her consultancy work, Svenja Küppers is also involved in managing the sustainability initiative at Intero Consulting.

Kerstin Staudt Junior Manager

Kerstin Staudt is characterised by a very determined and solution-oriented personality.
The experience she has gained in a wide range of projects with various clients allows her to always maintain an overview, even in complex situations and problem areas, so as not to lose focus on the goal to be achieved.
Ms Staudt has built up extensive methodological expertise through training and project assignments.
Mrs Staudt is happy to take on responsibility and complements this with clear and forward-looking communication.

Michael Lohmann Junior Manager

During his studies in industrial engineering (M.Eng.), Michael Lohmann was able to gain experience at multinational corporations in Asia and Europe. After starting his career in consulting, he carried out successful projects in the field of IT cost allocation and regulatory compliance. He specialises in auditing and improving compliance with IT requirements for financial service providers at German and European level (DORA, VAIT/BAIT, etc.).

In addition to his project work, he is involved in the GRC Competence Centre at Intero Consulting and works on the optimisation of support processes through the use of AI.

Benedikt Hildenbrand Junior Manager

Benedikt Hildenbrand started his career at Intero Consulting in 2020 after completing his degree in industrial engineering (M. Eng.) with a focus on the automotive industry. Parallel to his studies, he gained practical experience at various international companies. Since joining Intero Consulting, he has been involved in a large number of projects and gained experience in various areas, focussing primarily on transformation and IT financial processes.

In addition to his consulting activities, Benedikt can often be found in or on the mountains surrounding Munich.

Julia Wantscha HR Manager

After graduating with a degree in economics, Julia started her career in HR development at a global management consultancy. Julia then moved into industry, where she spent several years in various positions in the HR department of a leading automotive supplier. During this phase of her career, Julia not only broadened her expertise, but also gained extensive experience in the various aspects of HR management. She was able to successfully demonstrate her skills in various key areas. After a period of parental leave to raise her second child, Julia joined Intero in 2021, where she takes care of all HR processes together with the responsible partner, contributing her extensive experience to the design and optimisation of HR work.
