After completing your studies, you will start at Intero as a Junior Consultant. As a Junior Consultant, you will learn the basic tools of a consultant in a Junior Training course lasting several days. You will take on fixed work packages and coordinate them independently. You will be the customer's permanent contact for your area of responsibility and will help to optimize processes within the company, for example.

As a consultant, you are sometimes also part of several project teams. You will develop your own solution proposals and present them to the customer. Further methodological, technical and soft skills training will help you with your personal development.

As a Senior Consultant, you will take on your first management tasks, acting as the client's direct contact and increasing your area of responsibility. Your training will also be tailored to your individual needs. Your internal area of responsibility will also increase, because as a Senior Consultant you will support the recruitment of new talent, for example, by conducting regular interviews.

As a Junior Manager, you have made the leap into management. As part of the Intero management team, you will take on management tasks in the project and will be highly valued as the main point of contact for the customer thanks to your professional experience. Project acquisition will also be part of your area of responsibility and you will also help shape Intero internally as a decision-maker.

As a manager, you have in-depth expertise in one or more specific consulting fields and support the development and expansion of new knowledge as an important knowledge multiplier for your colleagues. You lead a team of consultants and delegate responsibility for tasks and parts of projects. As a confident and competent contact person, you communicate with clients in every consulting situation. In your internal management function, you contribute to the further development of the company.

As a Senior Manager, you will use your broad experience and specialist knowledge in several consulting fields to manage medium to large projects. You will contribute your proven leadership qualities to several projects in parallel and act as a main contact person for the client in each case. You will be perceived by the client as an important innovator and consultant and will develop new ideas and projects. You will independently establish contacts with new potential customers and create new acquisition topics.

As a partner, you act as a multi-project manager for various projects with your broad experience and specialist knowledge as well as your exceptional technical and/or industry expertise.

With innovative and inspiring approaches, you will take responsibility for strategy development. You also advise the top management of your clients and support them with innovative and inspiring approaches. As a partner, you develop the entrepreneurial vision and align the company with the vision agreed with the other partners. You will actively build up the next generation of consultants and take responsibility for the positive development of the company.
