Interview

  • How are the interviews organised and how can I prepare for them?

Our application process consists of two main steps:

First interview -> approx. one and a half hours online via Teams with a Senior Consultant, Manager or the HR team.

This will include a company presentation, your personal introduction and an assessment of your analytical skills based on one or two brainteasers.

Second interview -> approx. two hours live on site at Arabellastraße 30 in Munich with two partners:

In this interview, the focus is on getting to know each other personally and testing your analytical skills.

The analytical part involves estimation tasks, logic tasks or probability calculations (it is worth taking a closer look at the probability tree here). It is not the correct solution that is important here, but finding the solution, how you structure your thoughts, how you proceed, etc.

  • Are travelling expenses or accommodation costs reimbursed and what is the procedure here?

We will be happy to cover the cost of a second-class train ticket for your second interview or reimburse you for the kilometres if you travel by car. If you need an overnight stay, we can recommend the Leonardo Hotel and Best Western am Arabellapark or Motel One am Ostbahnhof.

Please compare prices here, as accommodation costs can vary greatly.

  • Unfortunately, I have to cancel my appointment and need an alternative date. What can I do?

Please let us know briefly by e-mail via our recruiting mailbox (recruiting@intero-consulting.de). Ideally, you should also let us know your new availability. We will take care of a new appointment coordination as soon as possible.
