Best of Consulting Mittelstand Award 2023

What great successes! Intero Consulting won not one, but two top placings at the Best of Consulting Mittelstand Award 2023 - and proudly so! We entered a total of three groundbreaking projects in the race and achieved great things in the process: our team was awarded the coveted 1st place in the special "Digital Transformation" prize for an extremely successful software portfolio management project. In addition, another project for the introduction of cloud technology secured 3rd place in the "Technologies" category. An Operational Excellence project also received well-deserved recognition in the "Manufacturing & Operations" category.

Stefan Leicht, Sarina Wittchen, Dominik Sachse, Katharina Rehm, Damian Koch, Nabeel Raza and Christian Kourik accepted the well-deserved awards on behalf of our dedicated project teams and Intero Consulting as a whole at a major event. The award ceremony was rounded off by a gala dinner and an inspiring exchange with colleagues from all over Germany.

Not only long-term, but also short-term results are of great importance to us - this is illustrated by the project awarded 1st place in the special prize "Digital Transformation". This software portfolio management project achieved considerable cost reductions in the double-digit million range for a leading German telecommunications provider. Our excellent knowledge of the market, detailed analyses and, above all, continuous communication with all stakeholders were decisive factors here. The aim is always to find customised and innovative solutions for new and seemingly solved problems. The other projects are also true success stories. "Successful together - our promise for cooperation with our customers," explains Sarina Wittchen, Partner at Intero Consulting. We see the award in the "Technologies" category as clear recognition of the quality of our consulting projects and the good cooperation. This was about the introduction of cloud technology for our client, from the cloud strategy to successful implementation. Using customised and innovative methods, we developed a differentiated cloud strategy that not only met regulatory requirements, but also strengthened competitiveness and future-proofed the company.
