THESE TASKS Await You

  • Support the Intero project team in one or more of our clients’ projects and develop creative solutions for complex problems.
  • Analyze and model complex data and risk data models.
  • Analyze functional and regulatory requirements and develop respective business specifications and guidelines.
  • Structure and support the project team (e.g., project management office, project steering).
  • Take responsibility for one or more project units.
  • Support the operational area of our clients (e.g., Risk Management, Data Governance).
  • Execute project management tasks in a classic (e.g., Prince2) or agile (e.g., SCRUM) project environment.

HOW TO Impress Us

  • Degree in mathematics, financial mathematics, econometrics, physics, economics, or a comparable degree.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in various projects in one or more risk disciplines, e.g., credit risk, market risk, interest rate risk, liquidity risk, operational risk, data governance, BCBS239/RDARR
  • Experience in the risk and data specific regulatory requirements.
  • Fluent English and good command of German preferable.
  • Strong ability to communicate business processes and system-wide changes to a technical and non-technical audience.
  • Experience in classic and/or agile project management standards (e.g., Scrum).
  • Good command of the IT applications used in consulting such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, and others.
  • Self-motivated and pro-active.
  • Team Player with excellent social competence.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-solving skills.
