2. Purposes and Legal Bases for Data Processing
We process personal data for the purpose of conducting and analysing our online marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn), for sending newsletters, and for processing contact and registration forms.
Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), for contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), such as optimising our services.
3. Services and Tools Employed
- Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies that enable analysis of website usage. Information generated by cookies (including your IP address) is typically transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the United States. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports, and to provide other services related to website usage. Our website uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag for conversion measurement and reach analysis. LinkedIn can thereby detect when you reach our website following an advertisement click. For online forms, we use Typeform (Typeform S.L., Spain). Data you enter into the form is stored on Typeform servers within the EU and processed exclusively on our behalf. Typeform does not use the data for its own purposes.

For managing customer and prospect data, we use Zoho CRM by Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. Data is stored on servers within the EU. In exceptional cases, data transfer to third countries may occur, whilst adhering to EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

For dispatching and analysing our newsletter, we use Zoho Campaigns. Your registration data is stored on servers within the EU. In exceptional cases, data transfer to third countries may occur, with adequate data protection ensured through Standard Contractual Clauses. Your data is not used by Zoho for its own advertising purposes. You may withdraw your consent to the newsletter at any time.

4. Recipients of Data / Third Country Transfers
Where transmission occurs to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), this takes place only in compliance with statutory requirements, particularly through the use of EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your personal data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the stated purposes or you withdraw your consent and no statutory retention obligations apply.
