Systematic Support

Continuous trainings and the expansion of competences of our Intero Consultants are of enormous value to us. The goals of our training courses are shared experiences and the overall improvement of Intero Consulting as a team, as well as the promotion of each individual inside our company. Individual trainings are jointly planned, according to needs and interests. During the annual offsite, we travel together for 4-5 days and combine our annual review and strategy meeting with adventures, sports and culture.
