Stefan Leicht

Managing Partner

Stefan Leicht is the founder, managing director and shareholder of Intero Consulting.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, he first studied Economics and Sinology, spending a year in Taiwan to study the Chinese language. In 1997, he began working as a business consultant and has worked for over 10 years for international finance and IT service providers in particular, with a specific focus on cutting costs and optimizing processes. In the interim, he was managing director (controlling and sales) of a medium-sized retail company for several years.

Stefan Leicht is head of competence center Cost Management.

Wolfgang Bruhn

Partner

In addition to classical training as a pianist and conductor, Wolfgang Bruhn completed business studies and training to become a bank clerk. He then switched over to the management consulting industry, to which he has remained faithful to this day. He discovered the effect of software costs early on, especially in the mainframe area, and the possibility of using the exact calculation of cost models to achieve multi-million dollar savings, depending on the customer. He also works on ways to improve travel management.

He is head of special knowledge center IBM.

Wolfgang Bruhn is married and the proud father of a son and two daughters.

Sarina Wittchen

Partner

Having studied Mathematics (MSc) with a minor in Physics, Sarina Wittchen began her career with Intero Consulting. Primarily she supports our clients in financial services industry in the areas of IT-Transformation and IT Cost Management. Our clients benefit from her long-term experience of consolidating and outsourcing of IT services.

Dominik Sachse

Partner

Following commercial training and a subsequent degree in Economics, Dominik Sachse started out in business consultancy. In the course of his many years of project work for several DAX 30 companies, especially in the financial services sector, he has acquired in-depth knowledge of various sourcing categories. In recent years, he has made use of his specialist expertise in the area of license and software cost optimization very successfully on behalf of our clients.

Dominik Sachse is competence center lead for IT Management.

Dr. Johannes Engel

Partner

Having studied Mathematics (with a minor in Economics) and then completed a doctorate, Johannes Engel began his career in business consultancy. The focus of his work lies in the financial services industry, where he has devoted himself very successfully to issues relating to IT and controlling in particular, especially license management. He has supported a large number of clients, both large and small, in this capacity in recent years.

Jochen Friedrich

Partner

After completing his industrial engineering studies, Jochen Friedrich started working directly in management consultancy. In addition to his many years of consulting project experience in the areas of purchasing, process optimization and project management for various companies in the financial services industry, he founded a technology company in the sphere of 3D measurement.

Additionally, Jochen Friedrich is General Managing Director of Intero Operations & Service (www.intero-operations.de) completing Intero's range of services. This broad expertise also benefits our customers in a variety of projects.

Thilo Girth

Senior Manager

Following graduation from high school and skilled trade training, as well as professional experience as a site manager in gardening and landscaping, he studied landscape architecture. He worked as a manager in the operational area of infrastructural facility management for almost 10 years.  As key account manager, he supervised mainly DAX30 and large housing industry companies and collaborated with many of the leading FM companies. Mr. Girth built up a good reputation with customers in particular thanks to his competences in setting up organizational structures and in process optimization.

Thilo Girth is responsible for the competence center Procurement.

Nadine Göppel

Senior Manager

During her master's degree in Finance & Controlling (M.Sc.), Nadine Göppel already worked as a consultant at Intero Consulting. She has been working successfully for national as well as international customers and has developed expertise in various areas. Her focus is on Transformation, IT Management and Cost Management.

Benedikt Mailänder

Senior Manager

After studying economics (M.Sc.) with a quantitative focus, Benedikt Mailänder started his career in 2015 at Intero Consulting. Since then he has implemented a large number of projects and successfully assisted our clients in national and international contexts. Benedikt Mailänder mainly advises in the areas of Transformation, Cost Management and Procurement.

In addition to his consulting work, he is a member of the musical faction of our company and is active as a drummer in various bands.

Dr. Alexander Henze

Manager

After studying chemistry and subsequently obtaining his doctorate, Alexander Henze started his career in business consultancy. He advises his clients in the financial services industry primarily in the area of IT transformation, especially in topics related to agile project management, as well as in the area of IT service management. 

Patrick Wargin

Manager

Patrick Wargin started his career with Intero Consulting after his studies in business administration in 2011. Since his engagement with Intero Consulting, he has successfully supported clients in various business branches and segments. He returned to Intero Consulting in 2020 after completing an M.B.A. and a sabbatical. His main focus are DAX40 finance corporations with projects in organizational change management, transformation, IT-management and IT-compliance.

Patrick Wargin is a passionate diving instructor and love to spend time with his camera while travelling or being in nature.

Lukas Meißner

Manager

Lukas Meißner started his career with Intero Consulting already during his studies of management and technology (M.Sc.).  He has gained experience in various projects with the main focus on IT management and transformation in the German banking industry since his engagement with Intero Consulting in 2016. Lukas Meißner's expertise lies in project management of large transformation projects, IT-process operationalisation and controlling. Furthermore, he is responsible for the Intero Consulting website.

Lukas Meißner is Prince2, ITIL and SCRUM certified.

Lukas Meißner adores outdoor sports activities in the area around Munich.

Katharina Rehm

Junior Manager

After studying business administration (M.Sc.) with a focus on international management in Germany, the USA and India, Katharina Rehm started her career at Intero Consulting in 2018.

Her consulting focus is on transformation (change management and agile methods) and IT governance (cloud migration and IT service management).

Besides her consulting work, she enjoys spending time doing DIY and with her family.

Patricia Hardt

Junior Manager

Patricia started her career at Intero Consulting after completing her master’s degree in Management (M. Sc.) in London.

Ever since her focus has been on topics close to transformation, IT management and cost management. She successfully consults national and international financial service providers in numerous IT Transfer and Process Optimization projects. Her expertise does not only comprise issue-specific expert knowledge but also methodological competence on smoothly steering projects. She particularly sets great store on the involvement of all stakeholders fostering effective change management.

Furthermore, Patricia loves to spend time with her family and friends in and around Munich or to discover new places travelling the world.

Philipp Kreiter

Junior Manager

Philipp Kreiter started his career at Intero Consulting after finishing his M.A. studies in political science and law and his traineeship in a German corporation.

His projects are focused on preparing and executing complex negotiations with software monopolists as IBM and Microsoft and on the analysis of the underlying license models. Furthermore, he supports his customers in IT-transformation projects with a strong emphasis on structured project management methods.

Svenja Küppers

Junior Manager

During her studies of Economic Education (B.Sc.) and Business Administration (M.Sc.) in Munich, Svenja Küppers already gained some experience in auditing. After completing her Master's degree, she decided to start her career in management consulting. Svenja Küppers has expertise on topics related to process optimization, project management/transformation, and IT control. She consults customers from various industries such as insurance and banking, as well as real estate. In addition to her specific subject matter expertise, she has experience in successfully managing and executing projects with either classical and/or agile project management (SCRUM).

Next to her consulting activities, Svenja Küppers is the head of the sustainability initiative at Intero Consulting.
