Article: Management of Consulting Services

The “Personal Services” Competence Center has published a paper on the management of consulting services after its study on temporary work, and has summarized the knowledge of years of activities in this area. This topic is still uncontrolled for many companies because neither COO nor purchasing can obtain access. The possibilities of tackling this topic organizationally and communicatively are shown in this publication.
